Do  people remember my post about my need to get fit/lose weight?

http://tonykm.livejournal.com/10883.html

Yeah so that totally failed. Since that post I've actually put on 1 stone (6.5ish kilos).

I don't even know why, I've been eating more healthilly, and excercising more, and yet I'm not converting to muscle (its defintely fat mass and not muscle mass).

*sob*

Also... =3 is all I will say, its kinda linked to my last post about men being bastards.

I tried to lose weight for a few months now. I've succeeded but it's not due to much effort, just willful consumption constraint. All I do is eat less. No exercise, no nothing. My logic was that exercise raises appetite. :p

It was nothing magical, that's for sure. I'd still drink lots of water, cut down on snacks but mostly cut down on food in general. I suggest keeping a regular eating regimen throughout the day and never eating large meals. A healthy person is supposed to stop at being about 3/4 full.

To convert it all to muscle, you have to work-out. I'm afraid there's no way around it. When you use muscle, the muscle "knows" that it needs to build itself. For a guy, plain exercising just won't cut it. You gotta lift weights and stuff.

All this talk and I bet you're wondering who's doing it. It's Jackie. lol. Good luck with getting fit!
